1 No Refunds

Due to the following reasons, we do not offer refunds:

  • Digital Product – Once the license key and download link are delivered, the product cannot be "returned"
  • Evaluation Options – We provide a live demo and free consultation call before purchase
  • Instant Delivery – License keys are generated and delivered immediately upon payment
  • Full Access – Upon purchase, you receive complete access to all features

2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Plugin license fees (6-month or 12-month)
  • License renewal fees
  • Domain transfer fees
  • Support and maintenance contracts
  • Hourly support services
  • Knowledge base setup and scraping services

3 Limited Exceptions

We may consider exceptions only in the following rare cases, at our sole discretion:

  • Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchased the same license twice, contact us immediately for a refund of the duplicate charge
  • Technical Impossibility – If we are unable to deliver the product due to an error on our end and cannot resolve it within 7 business days

To request an exception review, contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your order details and reason.

Before purchasing, we strongly recommend that you:

  • Review all features and requirements
  • Ensure your hosting meets the system requirements
  • Read the End User License Agreement (EULA)

5 Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a breach of this policy. In such cases, we reserve the right to immediately revoke your license key and pursue recovery of any damages or fees incurred.

If you experience any issues, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving any legitimate concerns.

6 Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
